On any holiday booking we ask you to complete booking forms which give us crucial information about your requirements for your holiday. We require you to pay 25% of the property rental price upon booking and the remainder six weeks before your arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, sterling cheque or by Paypal. There is a 5% surcharge on Paypal payments.
In all cases the cleaning fee is extra depending on the number of bedrooms in the property.
A security deposit is required which must be paid prior to you taking possession of the keys. This will be refunded to you following your departure, assuming no damages.
In most cases an optional charge is made for air conditioning which is €25 per week.
Towels and linen is provided and a small pack of groceries (water, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, wine and cakes) will be supplied free of charge. Should you require any additional items, these will be supplied for an additional charge.
