Our terms for long lets are minimum 3 months and the first months rent paid in advance. The equivalent of two months rentals to be paid upon booking to reserve the property and this converts to a security deposit which is refundable following departure, assuming no damages and all utility bills have been paid.
Most of our properties include full UK satellite tv for which there is an additional monthly charge of around €20 per month and all long term rental prices do not include charges for the usage of water and electricity.
We have much experience of relocating to Spain and renting on a long term basis and will be only to happy to answer any questions you have.
