Our terms for long lets are minimum 3 months and the first months rent paid in advance. The equivalent of two months rentals to be paid upon booking to reserve the property and this converts to a security deposit which is refundable following departure, assuming no damages and all utility bills have been paid.
Most of our properties include a UK TV service for which there is an additional monthly charge of around €21 per month and all long term rental prices do not include charges for the usage of water and electricity.
We have much experience of relocating to Spain and renting on a long term basis and will be only to happy to answer any questions you have.
