On entering the villa there is an enclosed terrace with a table and 4 chairs. the front door leads you in to the lounge wich consists of a double bed settee and an armchair. There is a dining table and 4 chairs and a wall unit with a flat screen TV. The TV receives all UK television channels. The lounge is also fitted with an air - con unit. Double patio door lead out to the back utility area with a washing machine and a gas BBQ for your use whilst on holiday. A wrought iron gate will then take you outside to the BBQ area in the garden. Attached to the lounge is the american style kitchen with all you will need for your stay. It consists of a fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, tumble drier and all utensils and crockery. There is also a toilet on the ground floor with a hand basin. Separating the 2 bedrooms is the bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet. Towels are supplied for your use. The communal pool is nearby and is one of 4 on the complex for you to relax around. This property ticks all the boxes to make your stay an enjoyable one. With the beach, the Cabo Roig strip, and shops within easy walking distance your holiday will be one to remember.
Stairs by the front door lead up to the master bedroom , twin bedroom and main bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, large built in wardrobe and bedside tables There is a also a ceiling fan. Glass patio doors take you out to the tiled balcony which gets the sun all day. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a smaller built in wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms are fitted with air - con.
