The Saturday Playa Flamenca market is 200metres away and is one of the most popular markets in the Oriheula Costa .The Playa Flamenca Beach commercial complex boasts an extensive array of bars and restaurants on 3 floors and is a maximum of 10mins walk away. A big supermaket is also just down the road. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridgefreezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and all the necessary utensils and crockery. This is combined with a dining area seperate from the main lounge. A dining table and chairs allow pleny of space for eating indoors. A utility room is attached to the kitchen and has a 100 litres hot water tank so there is never a shortage of hot water. The two bedrooms are large and have plenty of built in wardrobe space. The main double bedroom has the sun all day and the second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and overlooks the green area out the back. The first bathroom has a toilet, hand basin, bath and shower. The second consists of a shower, toilet and a hand basin. All towels are supplied. The larger than usual lounge opens out on to the balcony which has the sun all day. There are table and chairs supplied for just relaxing in the sun. The communal pool is about 60 metres around the corner and surrounded by grass and sun shades. Larger than the usual communal pool a lifeguard is in attendence during the summer months. Ideal for the family holiday and child friendly with the knowledge that your child is safe in the pool and cannot get out to the main road.
