This townhouse is well furnished and decorated with all the facilities that you would expect for your holiday. It will sleep 6 comfortably. When you leave the property you can turn right and 400mtrs down the road you have the clifftop promenade which can lead you to either Cabo Roig beach and the Marina or alternatively you can choose Campoamor beach if you walk the other way. Both are within 10-15mins walk. The Farmacia and Medical centre are also only about 200mtrs away with the local bus stop nearby for a trip in to Torrevieja where you will find the Water Park or the recently refurbished grand seafront, beach and harbour. The 3 bedrooms consist of 2 with single beds and 1 with a double bed. An outside terrace balcony is attached to one and the top bedroom walks out on to the solarium. A cot is supplied for young children. All linen and bedding is ready for you along with bath and hand towels. There is a downstairs toilet, shower and hand basin and upstairs you will find the main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and hand basin. Alicante Airport is a 40 mins drive away and Murcia Airport 20mins away. There are also many golf courses within easy driving distance.
If you leave the property and turn left you will pass the pool and be on the Cabo Roig Strip with its vast amount of bars, retaurants and shops. The communal pool is large and has grass seating areas and sun shades.
The house itself is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances such as oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. All cooking utensils are supplied along with the neccessary crockery etc.
