3 bed - 2 bath spacious villa in Campoamor (PB5)

This 3 bed villa has just become available. It will sleep 6/8 with the sofa bed and is a 5mins walk to a new commercial unit with many bars and restaurants. Las Ramblas & Campoamor golf courses are situated at the end of the road. A 5mins drive will take you a choice of popular blue flag beaches. This property is ideally situated for all your holiday or golfing needs with a fully equipped kitchen, well furnished bedrooms and a large lounge.

On entering the property you are greeted with a large hallway. From the hallway there is access to the kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. The stairs will take you to the first floor where the second bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms are situated. All rooms have a great suppy of light due to the large windows.

The kitchen is separate to the lounge but has a serving hatch for easy access for meals and refreshments. All that you would need for your stay is available in the kitchen. this includes a fridgefreezer, oven, microwave, utensils etc. The washing machine is situated in the utility room with the gas boiler. The boiler enables you to have instant hot water when needed, unlike the electric ones that need time to heat up.

The spacious lounge has 3 & 2 seater settees with one of them being a double sofa bed. The TV has UK television supplied by the community satelite dish. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. The glass patio doors lead out to the back garden which is fully tiled and has plenty of room for sun loungers and the BBQ etc. A path will take you to the communal pool which is close by.

The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds and built in wardrobes with bedside table. There is plenty of light and sunshine entering the this room.

On the first floor there is the grand master bedroom with built in wardrobes and patio doors to an outside balcony at the rear of the property. This bedroom is larger than most conventional rooms.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and also built in wardrobes. The second bathroom is the same as the ground floor with plenty of space and consists of a bath, hand sink, shower, bidet and toilet. All towels are supplied for your use.  

        The communal pool has 20 plus sun loungers for your use which is unusual for most communal pools. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday this property offers both.
