This 2 bedroom villa is ideal for a quiet restful holiday. However there are a few bars and restaurants  plus the supermarket 150 metres away if needed. The main Cabo Roig Strip of countless restaurants is a 5 mins drive away along with the blue flag beaches.

The well kept garden with table, chairs and sun loungers leads you in to the lounge which is well furnished with a flat screen television with all the UK channels. Air-con is installed in this room. There is also the second toilet and shower room on this ground floor.

The American style kitchen consists of all the equipment you will need including a fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster etc.  All crockery and utensils are also supplied.

The first floor consists of the 2 bedrooms and the more than adequate bathroom.   The main bedroom has twin / double beds with bedside tables and large built in wardrobe. This bedroom opens up on to the first floor balcony. The second bedroom has twin single beds and  likewise furniture..  Both have air-con.

The large bathroom is well eqipped with bath, shower, toilet, sink, bidet and all the towels that you would need.

The stairs then take you up to the solarium where the sun shines all day. A table and chairs are provided for relaxing in the sun.

The communal pool down the road is of good size and surrounded by grass and trees for those who need to find a bit of shade
