This lovely apartment is very close to all amenities with stunning views across the Med to La Manga and Mar Menor. The famous Cabo Roig strip of bars and restaurants is just around the corner and the choice of beaches a short walk away.The apartment is well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen.The solarium gets the sun all day as does the large balcony outside the lounge.

This good quality property is available for Long Term rental at a very reasonable price. With the magnificent views and its position on the coast it makes a very desirable home. An undergroud car park is also available if needed. A short walk will take you to the cliff top promenade leading you to the blue flag beaches.                                                                             

With one of the best communal pools in the area and the beautifully kept gardens it offers a very pleasant place to relax and enjoy the sun. If you need to exercise then take advantage of the tennis courts in the gardens. The property itself has all that is needed to move straight in.

The nice size kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, micro wave, oven, toaster and kettle along with all the necessary crockery and utensils. The washing machine is positioned in the utility room along side the kitchen. Also this room has a large sink and storage area.

From the kitchen you go into the hallway which leads to the lounge which has large comfy settee and TV with UK programmes and DVD player. The lounge is well decorated and has a ceiling fan light. Large patio doors lead out on to the south facing balcony overlooking the gardens, the pool and the Mediterranean Sea. From this balcony there are steps that lead up to the solarium with stunning views and the sun all day. Loungers, a swing chair and table and chairs are supplied.

The two double bedrooms are separated by a bathroom with bath, shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Both bedrooms have floor fans supplied and bedding.

  There are numerous bars and restaurants to chose from on the Cabo Roig strip     which is nearby but not intrusive. There are also many golf courses within 5 - 20 mins drive away. The promenade along the clifftop is a beautiful walk to the beaches with steps along the way that will take you down to the rocks. It also overlooks the Cabo Roig boat marina.
