This property is ideal for the short term holiday home or a long term home. The front door leads you in to the lounge that has a 3 seater settee and armchair plus coffee table. There is a wall unit with TV consisting of UK programmes. Also the lounge has an eating area with a table and 4 chairs. Air-conditioning is also available for those too hot to handle days and nights. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony overlooking the large communal pool. Here you will find a table and chairs for your use. Attached to the lounge is an American style fully fitted kitchen with all you will need. ie:- fridge freezer, oven/hob, mocrowave, kettle, toaster, plus all crockery & cutlery. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on this level. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe. Air-con is also fitted. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, again with bedside table and large wardrobe. All linen and towels are supplied along with floor fans. The bathroom is positioned between the 2 bedrooms and is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, hand-basin and bidet. With all amenities being close at hand your stay is guaranteed to be enjoyable.For the golfers there are many courses close by to choose from.
