Cabo Roig 2 bed south facing quad villa on established community. Front garden with covered terrace, bedroom balcony and large roof solarium. Off road parking. Communal pool. Security grills throughout. External tables and chairs provided. There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive and a choice of beaches only a 5 minute journey by car. It is possible to walk to the Cabo Roig beach and at a leisurely pace would take around 20 minutes. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes away with Murcia only 25 minutes away. Inside, the living area is bright and spacious and has been very tastefully furnished by the owners. The lounge area offers plenty of comfortable seating with a 3 and 2 seater sofa. Other furnishings include a matching TV cabinet, coffee table and occasional table. A television with a UK digital system is provided together with a portable CD/Radio and tape player. Hot and cold air conditioning serves the living area in addition to 2 ceiling fans. The dining table has 4 chairs and the breakfast bar to the open kitchen has 2 bar stools. The kitchen with its distinctive black marble work tops is fully equipped and includes an oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery etc are provided. There is also a cloakroom with w.c and wash hand basin on the ground floor. American style open kitchen. Upstairs, the second bedroom has 2 single beds with a bed side table, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The main bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables with table lamps and double fitted wardrobes. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed in the main bedroom. Sliding double doors lead out to the sun terrace. The main bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. All necessary bedding and towels are provided. Another flight of stairs will take you up to the large roof top solarium. This is a very nice house in an excellent location for both holiday and long term stays.
