Inside, the lounge offers air conditioning, plenty of seating with a sofa and 2 arm chairs. A TV with a UK digital system and DVD are provided. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven & hob and washing machine. All the necessary cooking implements and self catering equipment is provided. One of the 3 bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has 2 single beds. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Sliding doors lead out onto a sun terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The full size bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. All the necessary bedding and bath and hand towels are provided. The property also has a large roof top solarium. The communal pool is just across from the property. Each terrace boasts sea views. There are 4 great golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
