This south east facing property offers plenty of outside space to enable guests to make the most of the Spanish summer .With no properties directly opposite and a nice wide road to the front, the visitor can enjoy the lovey sea view.

The communal pool for the property is directly across from the house so it has the advantage of being easily accessible whilst not being close enough to be a noise nuisance.

There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists and even a 24 hour medical centre located on the nearby strip at Cabo Roig and at La Zenia.

For the golfer there are 4 courses within a 10 minute drive and even more within a 30 minute driving radius. 

Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes away with Murcia only 25 minutes away. Easy access to the main coast road N332 and the AP7 motorway opens up the whole of the Costa Blanca for those who want to go a little further afield.
