The living area has a very welcoming and bright feel to it with large sliding doors that lead out to the front garden area where a couple of lounger’s await. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. All the necessary cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery are provided. The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, lamps and fitted wardrobes. The full family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. All bedding and towels are provided for the guest. The communal swimming pool is quite spectacular and enjoys a wonderful backdrop of the Mediterranean. This is a very nice property in an excellent location with a choice of beaches and golf courses only 10 minutes away by car in either direction. The choice of restaurants in the immediate area is wide enough to satisfy all tastes. Ideal for holiday and long term occupation.
