Cabo Roig Furnished 2 bed south facing quad villa situated on the popular San Jose Urbanisation near to Cabo Roig. The Location: Close to the prestigious Cabo Roig with its lovely beach and marina. Over the last 2 years the main strip along the nearby coast road has been developed and now offers an excellent choice or bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. On the opposite side of the urbanisation you can walk down to the Orihuela Costa Resort which offers a large swimming pool, restaurant, tennis courts and sun beds. Another 10 minutes walking time and you will find the 2 beaches at La Zenia. For the golfer there is a choice of 3 established courses within a 10 minute drive. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Other equipment includes kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
There is a ground floor cloak room with w.c and wash hand basic. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a extra large double bed and side tables with lamps.There is also a second television and DVD in this bedroom. Sliding doors lead onto the bedroom terrace.
