About 20 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to a choice of 3 golf courses. The property has a garden and off road parking. Downstairs there is a covered terrace with an external table and 6 chairs. There is also a balcony to the main bedroom and a large roof solarium. Inside the living area is bright and spacious and offers a dining table with 6 chairs, a double sofa bed and various units . A TV with UK channels, DVD player, video and a stereo CD player and radio are also provided. There is also a ceiling fan in the lounge. The open kitchen with breakfast bar has 2 stools and is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave oven washing machine. There is a downstairs cloak room with w.c and wash hand basin and upstairs there is a full family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and are fitted with ceiling fans, There is a double bed in the main bedroom and double doors lead to the private sun terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The communal pool is only a short walk away. The main town of Torrevieja is only 15 minutes drive away and the choice of blue flag beaches along this part of the coast is endless.
