This 3 bedroom detached villa has much to offer the holidaymaker.

Located on the popular San Jose urbanisation at Cabo Roig, it is ideally placed for holiday rental with shops, bars, restaurants, banks, and beaches within walking distance.

Inside the property is well furnished with the living area many comforts including a leather sofa and two leather chairs with reclining, massage and heat facilities. The television benefits from UK TV and a video player and there is a large selection of video movies. The lounge also has a ceiling fan and hot and cold air conditioning.

The lovely conservatory overlooking the private pool has a dining table and six chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle dishwasher, and juicer. All the necessary cooking and dining equipment is provided.

Other domestic equipment includes a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and clothes airer. There is also a combined washing machine and tumble dryer on the solarium with a rotary washing line.

The ground bedroom has two single beds, bedside table with lamp, additional drawer space, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and hot and cold air conditioning. A portable television and video is also provided in this bedroom.

There is a shower room and wc on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main upper bathroom has a double bed, bedside table with lamp, extra drawers, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, hot and cold air conditioning, portable tv and video. An external door also leads out onto a balcony with an external table and four chairs.

The second upper bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and hot and cold air conditioning.

All the necessary bedding is provided.

The main bathroom has a bath with jacuzzi shower, wash hand basin, bidet and wc. All towels are provided.

The outside has much to offer with off road parking though an electric gate.

The lovely private swimming pool, with spring board has plenty of space around it to accomodate the sun loungers and relaxer chairs. An external shower is provided for use with the pool. In addition htere is a ceramic table and bench seating with a wrough iron pergola covering and a traditional Spanish BBQ.
