Cabo Roig 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa with private pool. (Sleeps up to 7 with Z bed) This villa is located within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and all amenities including a medical centre. With its own 8 x4 metre pool and lots of terraces and comfortable loungers, the guest could well be forgiven for spending the majority of their days taking advantage of the summer sunshine from the comfort of the villa and only venturing out for the necessary provisions.

The villa also offers hot and cold air conditioning in three of the four bedrooms in addition to ceiling fans the same rooms. The villa has a large covered terrace to the ground floor entrance with a wooden table and 4 chairs ideal for the al fresco dining as the sun starts to set. Inside, the bright spacious villa has a choice of sofas to relax in while you take advantage of the TV, video, DVD player or stereo.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. Al the necessary crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are supplied.
